Our goal was to create a brewery that was truly unique to the Mornington Peninsula. What was once a horse training facility has been transformed into a remarkable local brewery and beer garden. 

After a significant facelift, the centre of the old horse training facility is where you’ll find our brewery and beer garden. The stables, that were once home to some incredible racing pedigree have been converted into sitting areas. Our visitors can relax in the former boxes of Melbourne & Caulfield Cup winning horses whilst enjoying freshly brewed characterful beers, something to eat and even better conversations.



Our brewery is underpinned by our philosophy to make the best tasting craft beer on the Mornington Peninsula.

All our beers are unpasteurised and brewed on site in our state of the art 25HL brew house, using the finest aroma hops and heirloom variety malt. Also packaged on site with our own kegging and bottling line ensures each beers special flavours and unique qualities shine through.

The head of St Andrews Beach Brewery is Matthew Stitt, who joins us from the award winning Hope Brew House in the Hunter Valley New South Wales. 

Also, part of the St Andrews Beach Brewery team is Dermot O’Donnell, one of Australia’s most renowned brewers. Dermot has over 50 years of experience and has been the mastermind behind some of Australia’s favourite beers. Dermot has designed our core range of beers, all based on our philosophy of creating the Peninsula’s finest craft beer.
