Head Chef, Jeff Young’s passion for life and food is infused in the dishes he creates. Originally from New Zealand and having worked in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and Hong Kong, Jeff incorporates flavors from around the world into the menu.

As the former Executive Chef of Brighton culinary institution The Pantry, Jeff know the importance of high quality produce. Using only the freshest ingredients and treating them with respect, our kitchen proudly serves up delicious dishes focused on quality produce.

Jeff and the team are excited about the fresh produce our farm will produce in time, as well as the prospect of including our beers in dishes on the menu.
